Recently, our company organized a desert hiking team building activity. We spent three days and two nights trekking through the vast expanse of sand and rocks. While it was physically challenging, it was also a great opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth. Here are some of the insights I gained from this experience:
1. The journey is more important than the destination. While our goal was to reach the end of the desert, the real value came from the challenges we faced along the way. It was through these challenges that we grew stronger and formed stronger bonds with each other.
